Have you ever looked at a project and thought to yourself "that is just too much hard work"? We are here to change your mind. This beautiful renovation we have recently finished did not always look so fresh and revitalized. Let us walk you through the journey this little 1910's bungalow underwent these last 6 months.
STEP 1: Our client purchased this home in an 'as is, where is' condition.
STEP 2: The Client engaged an engineer and architect. The engineer created an acceptable solution to bring any earthquake damage up to code. The architect was tasked with giving this bungalow a refreshingly modern and practical look.
STEP 3: DEMO, DEMO DEMO! This is where we came in. We undertook a wide scope of works on this renovation. The whole house was replied and brought to level. The existing front facade was fully removed and rebuilt. Extensive straightening and making good of old timber framework.
STEP 4: After we got all the dirty work out of the way it was time to put it all back together.
This involved:
- Installing new aluminum joinery.
- Installing a new cavity system. - New Euro tray roofing.
- Cedar & Hardies Panel Cladding.
- Hardwood decks and landscaping.
- 2 new Louvre systems.
STEP 5: COMPLETION! Now all the painting, landscaping, and final touches have been completed we have a beautiful fully renovated 3 bedroom bungalow nestled down a quiet street in Recliffs.
